High Efficiency Intelligent Coating Machine
SUMMARY:

This machine is used in the fields ofpharmacy, food, biological products, etc. It can coating various tablets, pills, candy withorganic film, water-soluble film (slow and controlled release effect in medicine) andsugar coating. The machine has the advantages of beautiful appearance, high efficiencylow energy consumption and small floor space etc.During the film coating process in the major machine, it shows such features asblockage of floating dust and syrup splash, operation condition improvement, littlecross contamination to tablets, simple coating process, coating time shortening as well as high production efficiency etc.lt adopted a new mini-type computer and a touchscreen on which temperature and negative pressure control system are displayed withsuch programmable functions. automatic adjusting a majority of process parametersas flow, negative pressure, intake, exhaust, temperature, rotational velocity the compileof SOP digitizing, Produce different batches of materials with the same technicalparameters to ensure the coating quality of each batch of materials. It adds datastorage and printing functions with more than 14 program of film coating, which aremodified at any time in the run. The printing device can be equipped the customers'requirement so that the process parameters and process flow of each batch of productioncan be accurately recorded. The users can input batch numbers and drug codes accordingto their requests.
Filter-cartridge exhaust cabinet
The cabinet is used to extract the air from the host drum (attacheddust collection), keep negative pressure in the work area. Themachine is the cartridge (compressed air pulse dust removal)structure. The filtration level F9 can be realized. Based on customerrequirements, the filtration level H13 can be realized, and there isdamping device. The exhaust outlet is equipped with the backflowpreventer. Before switching off the device, close the air outlet toprevent waste gas in the exhaust duct from backflow.
Agitating and holding tank(Electric-Heating)
Thermal stirring drum adopts electric heating type. lt is equippedwith pneumatic stirrer which is driven by compressed air, stablerotating speed and stepless speed regulating, medium can bestirred homogeneous. It can be controlled automatically atnormal temperature to 8 0C, easy-operating, safe and reliableAll parts are made of stainless steel, inside and outside is mirrolpolished.
Surface-cooling hot air cabinet
The air is sucked up via the centrifugal fan, and is purified byinitial effect, middle effect, and high-efficient filter to realize100000-level purification and absorb moisture from the air,thus drying the air and achieving better effect. The air passesthrough the heat exchanger (steam or electric heat) and blowsto the host drum. The cabinet is equipped with the dampingdevice.
Basic Working Principle:
The tablets in drum make complicated and constant track movementwith easy and smooth turns, frequent exchanging in a clean and closeddrum of the film coating machine. The coating mediums in the mixingdrum are sprayed on ablets through the spray gun under the actionof the peristaltic pump. Meanwhile under the action of air exhaust andnegative pressure, 100,000 clean hot air supplied by the hot air cabinetis exhausted from the bottom meshes through tablets. So these coatingmediums on the surface of tablets get dried and form a firm, fine andsmooth coated film. The whole process is finished under the controlof PLC.
