Working Principle:

The upper portion of the machine is of an integral construction for tablet operation which consists of three parts, i.e. Upper Punches, middle Dies and Lower Punches. 33 sets Punches & Dies are arranged evenly around the periphery of turret. The ends of upper and lower Punches are located on the fixed camber tracks and the upper and lower Punches will make up-and-down motion along the tracks when the turret makes rotational movement so as to achieve the goal of tablet.

The four main working procedures, i.e. (1)Feeding (2) Filling; (3) Pressing tablets; (4) Tablets output. It can be carried out continuously are available for filling and tablet so that the machine is simple in operation.
