The ink is pollution-free and dries fast.

Features:

1.Main motor adopts frequency conversion step-less speed regulation.

2.Ceramic anilox rollers transfer ink, so the color hue is equal and also wearable, rust-resistant and long using life.

3.Unwinding and rewinding shafts adopt air shafts. It's convenient to load and unload the web material.

4.Printing units adopt plate register function, each unit can print independently.

5.The ink roller can break away automatically when the main machine stops, and it still runs in a low speed avoid the ink from drying.

6.Unwinding and rewinding are controlled by tension control system (tension sensor, magnetic powder brake, clutch, tension controller).

7.Equipped with die-cutting station, slitting station and cross-cutting station, so that printing, die-cutting, slitting and crossing-cutting can be finished in one machine.

9.Equipped with IR drying system.
